Mini-Bio With only eight openings on the team, but nine regular-worthy club members, there is always an odd man out. In June, Momoshiro couldn't escape Inui Sadaharu's revival and lost his spot on the team to the senpai. For the next few days, the bumped out Momoshiro skipped practice and took his frustration out on the street tennis courts. With help from Tachibana An, he regained his spirits and returned to the club. When Ooishi Shuuichirou sustained an injury, Momoshiro smoothly transitioned into Ooishi's shoes as Kikumaru Eiji's doubles partner. Momoshiro has since become a great doubles player and has sharpen his ability to analyze his opponents' game. His training on the mountains has given him the insight to the tiniest details in his environment. The easygoing Momoshiro is Kaidou Kaoru's biggest rival at Seigaku. He and Kaidou have been butting heads since the first day they met. Prior to the tournament, Momoshiro injured his ankle and while it had healed physically, he was still mentally troubled by it, hindering his play. Momoshiro plays Power Tennis.
Technique Dunk Smash - A smash that packs a lot of power.
Jack Knife - A powerful two-handed backhand volley.
Australian Formation (Doubles) - Both Momoshiro, who is serving, and Kikumaru, who is near the net, position themselves at the midline. This makes it harder for the returner to decide which side to return the ball to.

Mini-Bio Like Echizen Ryoma, Kawamura became a regular this April. Off the courts, Kawamura is very mellow, modest and without hostility. He did not retaliate even after Akutsu Jin, whom he had taken karate lessons with, poured a cup of drink on his head. However, once Kawamura picks up a racket, he switches to his "Burning" mode and his confidence shoots into overdrive, provoking his opponents and spouting random English words. This does not make him a bad partner on the court though. In fact, he once took a damaging return for Fuji Shuusuke. Kawamura plays Power Tennis. His modification on the Hadoukyuu knocked both of his Rokkaku power opponents' rackets off their hands. After graduating from Seigaku, Kawamura plans to quit tennis and concentrate on learning the sushi business so that he can take over his father's restaurant. During his last tennis match, Kawamura's heart, determination, and perseverance earned him the respect of the entire stadium.
Technique Hadoukyuu - A return that packs a lot of power.
Dash Hadoukyuu - Kawamura makes a dash right before he hits a Hadoukyuu.

First Appearance Volume 1, Chapter 4
Mini-Bio Inui was dropped from the regulars in April after losses to Echizen Ryoma and Kaidou Kaoru. Afterward, Inui, the brain of Seigaku, became the team manager and assisted Ryuuzaki Sumire in conditioning the regulars. At the same time, he collected data on his former teammates and strengthened his own tennis. In June, Inui regained his spot on the team by ousting Momoshiro Takeshi. Inui was introduced to Data Tennis by his childhood doubles partner, Yanagi Renji, who was also his opponent at the Kantou finals. With Rikkai taking the first two doubles points, Inui's victory over Yanagi put Seigaku back on the map. During the Rikkai rematch, Inui became Kirihara Akaya's bloody target and had to be hospitalized. Although his Data Tennis can dismantle his opponents, Inui's most threatening weapon is actually his serve. At the Nationals, his Waterfall serve clocked at 212 km/h, 10 km/h faster than the old tournament record. In addition to his collection of data, Inui has another obsession: experimentation with his famous juices.
Technique Data Tennis - A style of tennis based on data gathered on the opponents.
Super Sonic Serve - The record from this serve was 192 km/h.
Waterfall - The record from this serve was 212 km/h. The Waterfall was superseded by Ootori Choutarou's 215 km/h Neo Scud Serve.

Year 3: Seishun Gakuen Team Regular (National Team Champion); U-17 Selection Camp
First Appearance Volume 1, Chapter 4
Mini-Bio Kikumaru is a versatile doubles player. Although his partnership with Ooishi Shuuichirou gave birth to the famed Golden Pair, his success at doubles did not diminish during the period when Ooishi was sidelined with wrist injury. At the Nationals, Kikumaru shocked the spectators by making an appearance at Singles 2. While he proved to be equally lethal playing by himself, he realized that doubles was a better fit for him. What makes Kikumaru such a dangerous opponent? First of all, his Acrobatic Play allows him to return balls in almost any position. Second, his Seal Step is so fast that he gives the impression that there are multiples of himself. Finally, not only has his stamina become a non-issue, it is now one of his biggest weapons. During the National finals, Kikumaru and Ooishi achieved their goal of becoming the #1 doubles team at the Nationals by defeating Rikkai's top duo of Marui Bunta and Jackal Kuwahara. A few months ago, Ooishi's earnest approach and Kikumaru's playful nature collided and the two had a huge blowout, but that's all in the past now.
Technique Acrobatic Play - An acrobatic-based style of tennis.
Kikumaru Beam - A jumping backhand volley.
Australian Formation (Doubles) - Both Ooishi, who is serving, and Kikumaru, who is near the net, position themselves at the midline. This makes it harder for the returner to decide which side to return the ball to.
Kikumaru Seal Step - This is basically a speed step.
Ooishi Territory (Doubles) - Ooishi positions himself in the midline near the net while at the back, two Kikumarus are on each side of the court.
Kikumaru Bazooka - This appears to be a straight volley.
Synchro (Doubles) - Kikumaru and Ooishi become in synch with each other and play as one. This can only be achieved when the two players completely trust each other.

Year 2: Seishun Gakuen Team Regular
Year 3: Seishun Gakuen Team Regular (National Team Champion); U-17 Selection Camp
First Appearance Volume 1, Chapter 4
Mini-Bio Most agreed that Fuji was a player not to be taken lightly of. Some even considered him to be more formidable than his captain Tezuka Kunimitsu, but just how strong Fuji was, no one really knew because the Tensai had not played to his full potential. He was content with simply pushing his opponents to their limits and did not have the motivation to win. This year, Fuji's teammates are slowly drawing out his hidden talents. A glimpse of his capabilities first surfaced in the match against Hyoutei when Fuji, inspired by Kawamura Takashi's bloody performance, blew away Akutagawa Jirou. However, it was during the battle against Rikkai that the real Fuji emerged. As he recalled his captain's hard-fought match against Atobe Keigo and strong resolve to carry Seigaku to a National title, Fuji concluded that it was his turn to give his all for Seigaku. Fuji delivered a miraculous victory over Kirihara Akaya even though he was playing blind. Fuji's determination to win shone exuberantly during the back-and-forth match against Shitenhouji's Shiraishi Kuranosuke and it was the first time his teammates saw Fuji so devastated by defeat. This loss became the catalyst to the further evolution of his game. Fuji is very protective of his younger brother, Yuuta.
Technique Tsubame Gaeshi - One of the Triple Counters. When the opponent hits a ball with topspin, Fuji returns with a slice that compounds the spin. Because of this, even after it lands, the ball does not bounce.
Higuma Otoshi - One of the Triple Counters. A technique specifically designed to return smashes.
Disappearing Serve - This is a underhand serve. Fuji twirls the ball and cuts it with the racket. The ball "disappears" after it bounces.
Hakugei - One of the Triple Counters. Fuji hits the ball with heavy back slice, the ball hops, lands straight down on the opponent's backcourt, and bounces back to Fuji.
Kagerou Zutsumi - The Fourth Counter. A return that completely nullify the spin on the ball.
Houou Gaeshi - The upgraded Tsubame Gaeshi. The ball sinks much sooner than the Tsubame Gaeshi.
Kirin Otoshi - The upgraded Higuma Otoshi. Fuji has both hands on the racket when he return smashes.
Hakuryuu - The upgraded Hakugei. Instead of bouncing back to Fuji, the ball bounces to the side after it hits the ground.
Hecatonchires no Monban - The Fifth Counter. Fuji slides the ball continuously over the entire length of the gut on both sides of the racket. Unless the returner can create a spin that cancels out the super spin on the ball, the return will always hit the net.
Hoshi Hanabi - The Sixth Counter. Fuji launches the ball deep into the sky. The ball then crashes down onto the court and bounces out of reach to the side. Like Hakugei, this technique involves manipulation of the wind.
